History and Experience
Michelle is an experienced Learning and Development professional, and has had a successful career in Financial Services where she delivered a variety of training interventions and change programmes.
Michelle is committed to ensuring each learning intervention makes a difference, both to the company she is working within, and the delegates attending the programme. She achieves this by obtaining an understanding of the business needs and the impact on employees. This impact is what enables Michelle to generate an effective and enjoyable workshop; delegates who have fun will remember and implement more change!
Michelle’s technical background is within Financial Services, generating a wealth of experience across that business arena. Additionally, over the last 10 years she has worked across an enormous variety of industries from charities, public authorities, small companies to blue chip businesses.
Michelle is a professional facilitator, delegates often comment on how quickly she has been able to put them at ease, enabling contribution and discussion from all. Explanations are clear, with real life examples to bring the training to life. Michelle has been identified as very astute, and is able to react and engage with groups which adds tremendous value to sessions. Michelle has a clear structure to her training sessions, and takes an informal and relaxed approach in the training room whilst still achieving objectives and needs of both organisations and delegates.
Michelle runs a variety of programmes in an engaging manner; enabling all delegates to highlight specific ‘take aways’. A selection of courses include: Training the Trainer, Leadership and Management courses (at a variety of levels), Networking and representing your organisation, Customer care and telephone skills, and Managing better meetings.
Additionally, Michelle is adept at helping companies identify specific learning objectives and designing bespoke programmes.
