The Kickstart Scheme is a £2 billion fund to create hundreds of thousands of high quality 6-month job placements for young people. Employers from all industries and across the private, public, and voluntary sectors can get involved.

Employability Skills

The Employability Skills Programme is designed to support unemployed adults to improve their employability skills and help them gain sustainable employment. As part of the programme, we’re constantly looking for employers who can provide a high quality work placement for our participants.
It’s not all just give give give. Work experience and voluntary work is a two way street. Our candidates are actively looking to get back to contributing. It’s a wonderful feeling completing a good honest days work; a career interest nurtured, it can re-invigorate a career and get people back on track with their lives.
