This one day Team leader skills course looks at the role of the team leader from building the perfect team through to dealing with difficult behaviour. The team leader’s role in inspiring and motivating their team, in ensuring effective communication, in delegating and managing performance and in managing their own personal style to best advantage are all covered during this intensive one day course. You will leave with a better understanding of how teams work and how effective leaders manage. You will develop your confidence in using the different tools of team leadership and you will have analysed your own most effective leadership style and how to flex this when circumstances demand it.
