Thinking and acting more strategically is important for everyone these days. Suitable for anyone facing a strategic challenge, this course will help you get started by giving you some useful concepts, frameworks and tools you can use right away to improve your products, services and plans. There will be a focus on understanding where you are now, creating a clear vision of where you want to get to, what you have to do to get there, and thinking about impact.

This one-day, practical course will give you an introduction to strategy and help your organisation achieve results and impact.

This practical course, held in London, is aimed at managers looking for an introduction to strategy and an all-round overview of the topic. It will help anyone responsible for developing a plan or thinking more strategically about change. However you want to make a difference and have an impact, the course will give you some tools, techniques and frameworks you can use as soon as you get back to the office.
