This one-day course is for anyone responsible for managing volunteers. It will cover the essential management principles you need to ensure you give and get the best from your volunteers. This course covers:

The Centre offers a wide range of management training courses. Courses of particular interest in the areas of managing people would include Supervision skills: managing people and teams; Appraisal skills; or Moving into management: taking on your first management role.
