Course summary

This Emotional intelligence (EI) training course is for all managers wishing to work with emotional intelligence and to maximise their emotional intelligence and that of their people, team and organisation.

It introduces the concept of EI, offers frameworks for understanding and applying EI within the workplace, provides an opportunity to assess your personal EI and explores ways to develop the EI capabilities of yourself, your team and your organisation.

You will have a better practical understanding of what it means to work with emotional intelligence, you will have made an assessment of your intra and interpersonal competencies and how they impact on the way you work. You will have a strategy for self development in these areas. You will also have a sense of the EI of your team and of your organisation and how matters of emotional intelligence impact on their practice and productivity.
