Edward Demosthenous

History and Experience

Edward has over 23 years experience in varying hospitality roles and over eight years experience within work based learning. His work experiences ranges from front line team member to operational manager and director.

Edward brings a strong set of competencies and experience with the skills to impart these. He is passionate about learning and with this driving motivation combined with his competencies, knowledge and experience he has so much to offer.

Edward is an IQA  Assessor for our Management and Leadership Apprenticeship programmes.

Training style

Edward’s approach to training varies to the individual learner needs; as his aim is to get the most out of the learner through his use of coaching and contextualising learning.

Apprenticeship courses and Levels

Edward has delivered a wide range of courses including: Functional skills from E1 to Level 2, Management L4,  Hospitality Management L4, Professional cookery level 2, Food production and cookery level 2, Facilities management level 2 and 3, Customer service level 2 and 3, Business administration level 2, Cleaning and support service level 2,  Team leading level 2 and 3, Operational management level 5, Food and Beverage Service Level 2 and  Kitchen Services Level 2.
