Training style

Carolyn’s approach is to create a lively, supportive and open environment where those attending can both enjoy the learning experience as well as understand how that learning can be practically and immediately applied back in the workplace.

Carolyn delivers a wide range of training, seminar and workshop activities in mediation, dispute resolution and conflict management. As a practising mediator and an experienced senior manager, she is able to draw on real life case studies that help bring the training ‘to life’ and facilitates high levels of group interaction, believing strongly in the effectiveness of individuals learning from one another.
