“I felt that the course met my objectives and I also learned a lot more. I now feel much more confident in my ability to take minutes and I will certainly be coming back to the centre. ”

AC, Guy’s & St Thomas’ Charity

“The trainer was very engaging and made the workshop very exciting. He has a passion for minute taking and this way conveyed by how he engaged with the trainees. ”

AB, Goldsmith University

“The course was good at clarifying the rights and wrongs of minute taking. A great forum to share other people’s experiences.”

LS, Healthcare Commission

“The course was extremely helpful and informative. I feel like I have learnt a lot and look forward to putting it into practise.”

HF, Knight Frank

“Very good – allowed me to approach minute taking in a methodical and structured way rather than panicking.”

MC, British Transport Police

“When I used to take minutes my boss would then review them and make a lot of amendments before passing them to the actuary and then to the chair.  After attending the course, not only did my managers comment on how quick the turnaround was, they all commented on how little they changed. As a result the minutes were circulated to the Trustees much quicker than usual and even they have commented that all looks good (probably because it was quick enough for them all to remember the meeting!)”
