Reception Administrator
Salary Banding: £21,840
Base: Cardiff
Contract type: Full time, Permanent.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm.
This role is subject to a DBS check. The cost of the DBS check will be met by the company.

What are the core responsibilities of this role?
- Handle incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and ensure messages are delivered to the correct staff member.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Assist the team with various administrative duties.
- Manage both incoming and outgoing mail.
- Ensure adherence to centre security protocols.
- Provide support with the learner allowance processes.
- Greet visitors promptly, courteously, and in a friendly manner.
- Help manage meeting room bookings, ensuring optimal use of available spaces to meet business needs.
- Provide administrative support to the business as needed.
What skills and experience are we looking for in potential applicants?
Essential
- Minimum two GCSE’s Maths and English (Grade C and above)
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company)
Desirable
- Reception or Administrative experience
