Our Story
Itec became 100% employee owned in 2019, securing our future as an independent provider of work-based learning programs. This transition, has driven positive change across our organisation. Implementing the Employee Ownership Trust model has created a culture where each team member has a personal stake in Itec’s success, recognising how their efforts contribute to the broader goals of the business.
