How we create your bespoke learning programme.
We encourage a four-phase approach for all our tailormade projects. We carefully review your competencies, behaviours, policies, and strategic plans to make sure the course is specifically targeted to your learners.
We begin with a Discovery phase in which we gain insight into your organisation and future aspirations. This helps us clearly define what success looks like for you and how we will help you measure this.
If required, we progress to the Design phase. We work with you to develop the course, case studies, and tailored content that will bring your workshop to life. This includes creating questionnaires, workbooks, and outlines to make sure the tone and language are the perfect fit for you.
Unlike other providers, we implement these phases before reaching the Delivery phase. By this stage, we have already consulted with key stakeholders from your organisation to get it right. We see delivery as an iterative process, gathering feedback and using evaluations from an initial cohort to shape future courses.
And finally, the often-forgotten Impact phase. Here, we revisit the agreed approaches from the Discovery phase to ensure you have the evaluation information, from learner feedback to reporting on behavioural changes within your organisation.
