Role + Responsibilities

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential prospects and key decision-makers within target companies.
  • Engage with prospects through various communication channels including phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify leads to assess their needs and determine their potential as sales opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
  • Continuously learn about our products, industry trends, and best practices in sales development

Skills 

  • No prior sales experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • A can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new software.
