Role + Responsibilities Summary
- Answer the telephone in a professional and friendly manner and direct calls to the appropriate person, taking messages and ensuring they are passed on in a timely and accurate manner
- Always maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all information
- Enter and maintain accurate client and Care Professional records on system
- Meet and greet visitors
- Assist in Diary Management for Clients and Care Professionals
- Help maintain a clean office environment
- Prepare refreshments and documentation for in-house training and meetings
- Perform secretarial duties including but not limited to typing of care plans, reviews, file audits
- Update system logs following every telephone call and/or Client/Care Professional occurrence
- Assist with filing of documentation, file assembly and stock orders.
- Complete any other duties deemed appropriate by the management
