Position Available: Admin Office Assistant
Employer: CPR Global Technology
Location: Swansea
Hours of Work: Full time
Salary: National Minimum Wage
Roles and responsibilities:
- Upselling existing customers on our range of products
- Contacting Customers to leave reviews on Trustpilot & Amazon.
- Taking incoming calls of any type
- Chasing outstanding payments
- Sorting out incoming mail
- Responding to reviews from customers
- 28-day call-backs – Ensuring all customers are happy, Offering them warranty / accidental damage cover, and sim plan upgrades.
- Help manage our social media accounts
- Ensuring all customer information is entered into our CRM correctly
- Arranging Meetings
- Sending emails to possible prospects
- Help with Marketing campaigns when required
- Drafting email campaigns
