Position Available: Admin Office Assistant
Employer:  CPR Global Technology
Location:  Swansea

Hours of Work: Full time
Salary: National Minimum Wage

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Upselling existing customers on our range of products 
  • Contacting Customers to leave reviews on Trustpilot & Amazon. 
  • Taking incoming calls of any type 
  • Chasing outstanding payments 
  • Sorting out incoming mail 
  • Responding to reviews from customers 
  • 28-day call-backs – Ensuring all customers are happy, Offering them warranty / accidental damage cover, and sim plan upgrades. 
  • Help manage our social media accounts 
  • Ensuring all customer information is entered into our CRM correctly 
  • Arranging Meetings
  • Sending emails to possible prospects
  • Help with Marketing campaigns when required
  • Drafting email campaigns

  • Be able to prioritize, and manage tasks 
  • Be pleasant, professional and proficient
