About the apprenticeship

Duties

• Answer IT Helpdesk calls and provide first line assistance.
• Escalating calls where necessary
• Work with users to resolve outstanding faults.
• Ensure that all helpdesk calls are actioned within agreed service levels.
• Record all call details on the ticketing system.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or
• email.
• Perform remote troubleshooting.
• Walk the customers through the problem-solving process
• Installing printer monitoring software for our clients.
